Well, we believe that to realise good health, the entire being must be in balance. If, for example, you are unhappy in your job, not getting enough sleep or feeling joyless your health is likely to suffer.
I have lived this unbalance and felt its full-forced affects.
We don’t subscribe to a particular dietary theory (but have studied many of them), nor do we tell our clients what to do. Instead we encourage our clients to incorporate healthier options into their everyday lifestyle and work with clients to devise goals and formulate a plan which will see them achieve their health goals.
