A quick, healthy no-bake slice that contains no sugar, is vegan and gluten free. Guaranteed to satisfy those times when a sugar craving hits. Great for the lunchbox and also freezable.

Ingredients
  1. 13 dried figs
  2. 1 cup almond meal
  3. 1/2 cup shredded coconut plus extra for topping
  4. 1/3 cup cacao powder
  5. 1/3 cup coconut oil
  6. 1 tab chia seeds
Instructions
  1. Remove stems from figs and place in small bowl
  2. Cover figs with cold water and allow to stand for 1 hour
  3. Line a slice tin with baking paper
  4. Empty water from bowl and place figs along with all other ingredients in a food processor
  5. Process until mixture comes together
  6. Press into slice tin, sprinkle extra coconut on top and mark into pieces
  7. Refrigerate or freeze until needed
