Each month I take on a very limited number of clients for personalised 1-1 weight loss coaching. All 1-1 clients are required to participate in a preliminary obligation free consultation. During this consultation we will assess your weight loss goals and determine if we are the right fit to work together throughout this personal journey.
My 1-1 clients commit to either a 3 or 6 month program where we work together to develop and implement simple & sustainable strategies to reach the personal weight loss goal.
Together during the program we will :
- Audit your health status devise plans on how to get your body into optimal form
- Explore your food habits and discuss how to make better food choices using real and clean ingredients
- Develop some life goals and work out strategies to see you reach them
- Conduct a relationships audit and discuss how to manage the people in your life
- Review your current exercise routine and consider ways in which you may incorporate more exercise into your life
You will receive:
- 2 x 45 minute consultations, either in person or via phone or Skype each month
- Resources which I have devised to assist you on your journey to living a cleaner lifestyle
- Your own journal which you can use to record your thoughts, feeling and dreams
- A number of gifts that will assist you in living a cleaner, greener and healthier lifestyle
- The ability to contact me via email 24/7
